Governor Reeves Extends Unemployment to Workers Impacted by COVID-19

Governor Reeves announced Executive Order 1481, which extends coronavirus unemployment benefits, such as waiving the one-week waiting period thru December 26, 2020, extending financial support of Mississippians out of work due to COVID-19, increasing the $40 earning allowance to $200 from May 3 to June 27, 2020, and several other employer/employee related items.
